Balwyn Residence by Fiona Lynch

On May 10 the highly anticipated winners of the Belle Coco Republic Interior Design Awards were announced at the Coco Republic showroom in Alexandria. Celebrating the best in interior design across Australia, the Belle Coco Republic Interior Design Awards is a prestigious annual event showcasing talent across residential, hospitality and commercial design.

Verosol is proudly supporting the high calibre of work from the design community through sponsoring the ‘Best Residential Interior’ category of the Awards. The winner of this award category receives a $2,500 voucher from Verosol as part of the prize package. With over 300 entries in this year’s Awards, the level of competition and talent displayed was astounding to say the least.

This year’s winner of the ‘Best Residential Interior’ is Fiona Lynch of Fiona Lynch in Melbourne, for the Balwyn Residence project. Fiona Lynch describes the Balwyn Residence as “a new residence situated in a beautiful oak tree lined street. This home was built by a builder for his young family.  A minimal approach to materials has created an interior which is reflective and relaxing in feel”. Commendably, Fiona Lynch has also taken out the award for ‘Best Bathroom Design’ as well as ‘Belle Coco Republic Designer of the Year 2016’.
