New building designed for multi-purpose small or large learning areas. Building facade has large glazed elements facing east & west. System to provide low maintenance over a long period of commercial use. Main Selection criteria: Allow the learning environment to control sunlight with user friendly remote control. Provide the University property services with minimal maintenance requirements. Problem definition: Large east & west facing glass facade. Blinds will have multi users, all day everyday.
